Other items include but not limited to plumbing, foundation, roof, attic, fireplaces, air conditioner and furnace, attic and appliances, along with a general look at the interior and exterior of the home.

Eagle Point Home Inspections started when I first worked in the surveying business with my father at the age of 15.  Discipline and customer service is what I learned from him making me continue.  I joined the US Navy where I became a photographer and added to my discipline in a full days work.  When I returned home, I worked with my father once again and later attended college. Further along I felt the Real Estate bug once again and became a Real Estate Appraiser and continued for over 18 years until a strong attraction came over me to work in the film industry as a Location Manager and Still Photographer.  Working in the Real Estate craft as a Location Scout and Manager I felt the calling once again to be in homes assisting home buyers once again and became a Certified Home Inspector. I now carry certifications in: Real Estate Home Inspector, Real Estate Appraiser, and Certified Drone Pilot.

Today, I inspect for a couple of reasons, a pre-inspection which allows home owners prepare the home prior to listing.  Actual sale of the home, protecting your investment before making a final decision.
